Even if you're not passionate about it, I'm going to to try my best to make you passionate or at least motivated to live a healthier life. I believe that the combination of healthy eating, exercise, and staying in tune with your body and mind can eliminate stress, increase happiness, and make you an all-around better person. I will use my own experiences and emphasize my findings with actual scientific research and studies I can find from reliable sources.
As a high school athlete I found a desire to be fast, strong, and healthy alongside my brother and some other motivated friends. My college years were plagued with family illness and have motivated me to control what I can to maintain a healthy life. I am competing in April for my third power-lifting competition and constantly strive to be better than I was the day before.
I intended to make these posts for people who enjoy living a lifestyle that includes realistic healthy eating, exercise, and want to know learn more about how to live their best life. I will have motivation Sunday posts as well as Thursday posts that will include information on a new study or little known facts with research to support it.
