For those of you that may or may not know me personally, here's a short list of things I enjoy, people I look up to and things I'd like to accomplish! I'll update this every month and make sure you're all up to speed with my latest happenings and ideas!
Music – So far into 2021, the Morgan Wallen Double Album has been taking up most of my streaming time. I've probably listened to it five or six times all the way through and I have yet to find more than 4 songs I don't put on repeat. Obviously this isn't what I listen to in the gym, but I figured outside of the gym music was good to put on here too!
Books – Right now, I'm about halfway through "Good to Great" by Jim Collins and it's a real deep dive into the analytics of what makes some businesses different from others. A really great book that emphasizes a lot of what I believe in. Do the small things right and it will make the big things that much easier.
Favorite Athlete – It's been a strange year for sports and I think after all of 2020 had to offer, I'd have to say that Patriot's Running Back, Damien Harris, has emerged as one of my favorite athletes. The guy is built like a linebacker, quick as can be, and finishes each run with momentum going forward. I know it's Hockey season now, but I still can't get over some of the athleticism you can find in this guy.
Monthly Goals – After the holiday season, I had fallen out of my morning routine a little bit. I like to keep my wake up time the same even on days when I don't lift, but I found myself sleeping in until 6:00 or 6:30 as opposed to my typical 4:30. I think part of it is due to my lack of discipline with leaving my phone on my dresser as opposed to my nightstand lately. Need to get back to a consistent wake up time
