I get a lot of questions regarding what I use for weight-lifting accessories, blog accessories, and other tools that keep me afloat while I create more great content for you all! Listed below is what I use with easy links to find it.
Stash: Investing Tool I'm not usually one to give out referral links to anything because I really have to believe that something works before I tell people how great it works. Stash is an investing app for those who want to learn more about Investing and may need a little help getting started. Great tutorials and easy ways to take your extra cash and turn it into something more useful down the road. If you sign up with my referral, I tend to get gift boxes every month that I love to give away and would love to help you out! Sign up with the link below and help keep this blog running strong!

Headphones: PowerBeats I've never been a huge fan of earbuds because they just can't seem to stay in my ears without being forced into my brain. However, the over the ear stability and comfort from the Powerbeats is the best I've experienced so far. Great quality for your workout music and it blocks out sound pretty well too! At a really fair price for the quality, these are my recommendation if you listen to music at the gym and don't want to deal with that annoying cable that connects to your phone.
Camera: Sony DSC HX80 While I'm still figuring it out, this camera has been really great for learning how to adapt to different lighting, different backgrounds, and has really helped me get better with video recording. You all haven't seen a lot of the video recordings yet, but the quality of the picture and the sound are great for what you pay for this camera.
Laptop: Microsoft Surface Pro I had my last laptop die on me last year during the spring and made the decision to make a real investment in a laptop that was portable, fast, and had a great battery life. This laptop/tablet has been nothing short of amazing for me and is a large reason this blog looks the way it does. I'm sure I only use a fraction of what it is capable of, but I love knowing that if I need it to do more, it very easily can.
Pre-Workout: The Curse Scary name, great results. This pre-workout is one I have been using for years now because it definitely supplies you with enough energy to muscle through a workout and the beta-alanine has a strong effect on endurance. Highly recommend this one due to it's cost effectiveness and flavor
Whey Protein Powder: Syntha 6 Protein I've been using this brand off and on since high school. Sometimes I'll go out and try a new brand, but I always end up buying Syntha 6 directly after. Great company in BSN and the flavors are by far some of the best on the market. Whey protein is not something I use every day, but when I do, I need the best ingredients, the best macros for my body, and the a great price.
Weight-lifting Belt: Inzer I never used a belt before November of 2018 and I don't think I'll ever really adjust back to heavy lifting without one. It's a great tool to have for training your core and truly understanding how to brace for squats and deadlifts properly.
